We collect only the personal data required to operate your account — name, contact details and payment identifiers. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. Your data is stored on encrypted servers and access is restricted to authorised personnel only.

These Terms take effect the moment you complete account registration and click the acceptance checkbox. They remain in force for the lifetime of your account and any period during which we are required to retain your data under Indian financial regulations.

We will always notify you by email at least seven days before a material change takes effect. Minor clarifications that do not alter your rights may be updated immediately. The current version is always dated and available in the Help Centre for your reference.

You may close your account before the revised terms take effect, at which point we will process any pending balance withdrawals via your last-used payment method — UPI, Paytm or PhonePe — and retain data only as long as regulations require.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India to the extent applicable in your state or territory. Eligibility and access depend on local law. Where there is a conflict between these Terms and a mandatory provision of local law, local law prevails in that specific respect.

Your account is for personal, non-commercial use only. Using automated tools, sharing account credentials, or attempting to circumvent any platform rule constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension pending investigation and a formal notice to you.
